How are returns handled?

         If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or a full merchandise refund.

        Standard shipping will be via UPS ground unless otherwise stipulated.  Birds DunRite requires a street address, shipping cannot be made to a PO Box.
